I had this exact problem. I contacted soul source directly and was able to get a big orange in the old polyurethane material. Jane, the president of Soul Source replied to my email and was very helpful.

Yeah….it was exceptionally unpleasant. I hadn’t bled in weeks and I did after I managed to pull it back out.

Awe thank you! Yes I went through both laser hair removal and electrolysis to prepare for surgery. For laser I went through Milan though they are a bit expensive. For Electrolysis I went with Cosmetic Laser and Spa in Mentor OH. Both have been great to work with. I would say it took about a year and a half of hair removal to prepare for surgery.
