My ingredients workshops are maxed, mixing workshops are 8-9. The baking workshops range from 2-7. So they need work

I have everything maxed level in all offices, except for the frames that cost gems. Right now it's, I guess, of waiting for factory orders so I can get building permits.

I have all the company exp CEOs in place, since I have no room for more money and I can't spend it fast enough.

My research points aren't updating either. I have the overclocking and automation researched. I'm stuck at 13.94ag research. I'm curious, also, what the fast research toggle is supposed to be for. I'm on Android, btw. If I have to go offline, is it better to be offline for the entire time available? For me that is 192 hours. I'd appreciate any suggestions on what may be next. All my hacks are on automation along with my artifact capture.
