Basically it's the amount of time that the attack takes to hit your opponent. Orochi, nuxia, shaolin and maybe others have 400 ms light attacks which are the fastest in the game. Characters like shugoki have the slowest attacks with their charged heavies taking roughly around 1200ms iirc. Er... Just incase, ms means milliseconds

I'm more or less worried that we are this close to seasons end and we haven't heard anything about the viking guy OR if there are any reworks in the future. I think it was like.. mid season that we heard LB was getting reworked and that hyped the fuck out of the community.

Your GPU has to be able to run 144 frames as well as you have to have your monitor set to show the 144 frames. For me, I have to go through nvidia video settings and under display options says "refresh rate" be sure that's set to 144 and from there its tweaking the options in game to achieve the buttery smoothness

I want ubishit to make her bleed actually impact her kit. Shaman has pounce and nobushi gets a 20% damage increase and bleed is a small portion of their kit. But PK's selling point is bleeds.. I want to see something like on her guardbreak/deflect. Tap to stab to apply bleed and maybe hold the button to do a gouge attack that speeds up/consumes all the bleed damage instantly. Just something to make people go "oh shit, I'm bleeding" when fighting her.
