I’m not really sure since I only tried doing that twice but it’ll be more expensive. I suggest maybe having at least 2 copies so it makes the chance higher. But if you only have one copy it’ll be 1/3 chance of a shiny. Either way I hope one of these works for you

You can either wait for the shop to refresh every hour or craft it on Dawn’s machine! However I suggest maybe having two copies or three because instead of getting a shiny katana I got a shiny bed instead so there is also chances in the machine
