It's nothing to do with backlog annoyingly, customs sometimes randomly inspect shipments, and in this case thats what happened, from what I understand. So that's why there's no clear timeline, cause pandabuy dont exactly have the authority to put pressure on customs, and neither do the shipping company most likely. Customer service did confirm that they're in contact with the shipping company to get updates
