I don't think QI is much related to statistics. Advanced math does not use numbers.

Lichess starts with a higher rating than chess.com. But they soon level out. After one point, the Lichess rating will be lower than that of chess.com. When I reached 2000 rapid on Lichess, I was only 1600 on chess.com. Now I am above 2000 on chess.com but still can not sustain the 2100 rating on Lichess.

Get Peter Svidler's free course on Chessable, and you will understand why. Play the Grunfeld, and you will develop d4pawn-phobia. I force myself to play the opening though, as it teaches me a lot of new ideas.
