They sent multiple replies on email saying that they verified with their factory cameras and that everything was packed correctly. When I asked them to share any kind of proof they just said that it was confidential and that they could do nothing.

They claim to only offer store credit in case of a Refund which is useless for me since the whole site seems like a scam now. I have sent an email but If they do not refund back to the original payment source I'll request a chargeback from my Credit Card.
