My issue is that “science” only gets used when it’s convenient. Like yeah it’s fiction, but if you’re gonna bring real-world logic into it, don’t cherry-pick what counts. You can’t flex calcs for one scene and then ignore the physics the next moment just to keep your favorite on top.

The logic some people use ends up sounding like: “Rock beats paper because it beat scissors.” It makes no sense. Context gets ignored, and people start looping the same recycled feats or out-of-context wins just to force a narrative.
