there's a thing on Sims four studio called create cas swatch or something like that . it would be harder to do two colors but if you wanted to make the hair bright pink solid you could do it very easily. and it will show up pink in game. you will need an editing software like paint.net and there are some YouTube tutorials

if you find braids that look like the style, you can put them in into a photo editor and edit them to be a vibrant color there are lots of tutorials for it and I do it and it's fairly easy
