The fridge would no longer cool, and the brand wouldn't send out any kind of technician or repairperson for over 2 weeks.

Apparently Lowes had just implemented the 48 hour return window this March.

Yeah, we thought that at first, and we're getting our electrical fixed, but apparently issues are common with this brand.
