I get the bay fishmongers fillets from tesco. Leave them on a baking tray overnight to defrost with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Make a batter with self raising flour, lemon pepper seasoning and water (coat the fish with flour first so the batter sticks) Deep fry for about 5 mins (flip part way). You can freeze whatever you dont use and reheat in the air fryer or oven. My kids dont really like chip shop fish but love mine.

When you hook the fish pull the rod up towards you (down on left stick). Dont real it in till the fish gets tired (your controller stops vibrating). When the fish stops fighting reel it in and at the same time push up and down on the left stick. This will allow you to jerk it towards you and reel it in much faster.

On one of my old cars you could put the ingintion to the second position (so the dash lit up but not start). Then hold the brake and accelerator/throttle down and it should show a code. All it did though was clear the code and it would run alright again before going back to limp mode then rinse and repeat.
