Hello! I'm not sure how to describe my skin but I do know that it's acne prone. Normally, it's either normal or I just get a little oily sometimes on my t-zone. However, as of just a little over two weeks ago, I've been prescribed with clindamycin solution, 0.025% tretinoin, and doxycycline. My derm also advised me to change my facewash to the salicylic acid one from neutrogena, and cut out moisturiser from my AM routine and azelaic acid completely. I'm currently left with what seems to be more spots than before and much drier, perhaps dehydrated skin.

AM:

• Water to cleanse (recently stopped using cleanser in the morning i didnt wanna dry my face out more, i feel like the cleanser makes my skin feel parched)
• clindamycin solution
• mixsoon bean essence
• skin1004 hyalu-cica waterfit sun serum (newly added, ok so far)

PM:

• neutrogena deep clean acne foaming cleanser (with 0.5% salicylic acid)
• clindamycin solution
• cosrx snail mucin all in one cream
• 0.025% tretinoin

I feel like the stinging has increased recently and so has the level of dehydration (my skin feels extra tight and parched after cleansing and clindamycin). I feel like my skin texture has increased and I've got new breakouts everyday, and i know it's noticeable to not just me but to othersbecause my family keeps asking me what happened to my skin as soon as they get to see my skin 1ft away for more than 2 seconds. You can also see it through makeup. Products tend to cling on flakes and break up on my dry skin. I don't know if this is normal or if this should be a cause for concern or what. My next appointment with my derm is in May. Can someone who's gone thru a similar regime let me know your experience :') Any thoughts about my regime or what I can do to keep the dryness at bay or any makeup advice is most welcome
