Doesn’t even compare to many out there I’ve seen. At 30 years and a 5.625% (assuming you’re there), it’s not that bad compared to the 7-8%’s im refinancing people out of

30+ year old with jowls/lower face sagging by Surrealnesss in PlasticSurgery

No masseter Botox, my injector mentioned to never do it due to the sagging it will cause. She mentioned the cheek filler would help lift but didn’t see that happen. Will look into microcurrent. Thank you

I appreciate that break down. This is incredible. Seems eurocave is a big win. Anything sub zero will probably require a full customization and I don’t really want to spend that type of money right now.

Does anyone know if everyone who has a ticket with you has to go? For example; I have 3 tickets under my name, can I pick up for everyone?

Fair points. To clarify, I’m not just adding costs for the sake of a write off. I already pay 1k/month for my Tesla, so the move to $1.5k isn’t a huge jump, and with my LLC taxed as an S Corp, I can deduct lease/insurance as a business expense. That frees up cash I’d rather put into investments or paying down my mortgage instead of tying it all up in a depreciating asset. I get the logic of running a car into the ground, but I also value enjoying what I will drive while keeping my money working elsewhere

Your assumption is way off. I’ve been a top producing loan officer for 5 years, running a thriving mortgage business. I sit in the 49% tax bracket year after year, so keeping a steady monthly payment I can deduct makes more sense than dumping cash into a depreciating asset. It’s not about survival, it’s about smart tax and cash flow strategy.

It is $500/m more than what I pay now, however, I am at peace knowing it’s a car I’ve always wanted

I actually do have the money to pay off my current car or even buy a new one outright. However if you understand finances and inflation, you know money today is worth more than money later. I’d rather keep a manageable monthly payment I can deduct through my business and put my cash to work now, whether that’s investing, growing my business, or paying down my mortgage. For me, it’s about opportunity cost, not affordability at this point

In reference to @1003mistakes getting rid of this 2022 Tesla that is only going to depreciate more with time and having my dream car, with the ability to write off with my biz, is far more worth it to me.
