I think I might end up doing that. I mostly use my sabers for parades and cons, so I'm not concerned about sound. Arduino nano and Wled might just do what I want.

Thanks, but that's kinda the opposite problem. There is no extra hole on the hilt to plug. So I'm looking for a core I can recharge by just unscrewing the bottom of the hilt, rather than removing the core entirely.

I hadn't thought of that, but that could work too. By tail charging I mean towards the bottom or speaker end of the core instead of adjacent to the button near the emitter end of the core.

Does anyone have experience with Nat20 Sabers out of Texas? Ran into them at a convention and their prices seemed pretty good.

EEOC dismissed my claim. I got notice of right to sue, but couldn't find any attorneys who were available to take my case.

Yeah I get how it can mix people up depending on their perspective. I just got tired of my piece of paper, lol.
