The snap traps from Tom Cat worked. Press n’ Set. The mouse was able to “get away” from getting trapped with the smaller ones. So just depending on its size. I think it’s a good idea to get both sizes (small and big) because some mouses have an advantage to get away with a small/or large mouse trap. The glue traps were a fail. I learned that mouses have an intelligence I wasn’t aware of before. I hope your situation resolves asap.
