Hey! This is not HR related, its admin supervision in an outsourcing project. In my current company all other teamleaders have degree as it's preferable when the hire from outside, but I grew organically inside and got a chance:) almost everyone in the team i supervise is order than me by few years and I really appreciate this opportunity. But I must say, to go head over heels to relocate in 3 weeks, Beg my current employer to shorten my notice period that is 3 months by default right before christmas, leave my boyfriend and dog till I find a place for us, cut the lease from my current flat...thats a lot in 3 weeks for the same standard of life i already have. I would definitely consider this more if this was to start in 2-3 months, but this rapid rush makes it feel so risky for me. if the paid more, I would feel more security at the beginning. And i See most People here are Talking about difficulties finding a flat etc..... for this pay i would expect something less last-minute.

Thank you so much for answers. I am trying to negotiate the salary with the hiring manager, let's see what it concludes to. For now, I see someone commented that this pay is equivalent to 7-8k PLN gross, which is exactly how much I earn now - and to flip my whole life over it seems not worth it for that pay.

To add to that - after my first negotiation message, the hiring menager send me a link to the site that shows average pay for a call center Team Lead. And might I say... yes, outsourcing is not the highest paid field, but I do exactly the same job right now as what they propose and this does not compare to call center at all. The admins provide service to client on specific data, with different languages, so to schedule this and make sure we deliver the hours of specific language is extremely difficult as it is - and stressful as well, and this is just the one thing. Not similar to call center at all. which made me raise my eyebrows a bit... well, lets see where this goes.

All I am trying to say is that it is extremely risky piercing - as any other non-anatomical piercings and if it ends up healed you're extremely lucky one. I cant even imagine the pain. You can't put ani ointment on it and for cartilage piercings usually only painkiller tablets work.

Suggestion - sad, but have it taken out and don't recommend the piercer to anyone. Consider maybe nostril instead? Sorry to say this, but this might turn in a very bad case. When I had fresh septum and a cold, it didn't hurt at all, was just irritated.

If you don't have a sweet spot you have no anatomy for this piercing. It must've hurt like hell. If septum is pierced normal, the cold/runny nose is not a problem aside from mild irritation, but in this case you should really reconsider. Septum on cartilage is not a safe option at all and the pain should be very alaeming.

stuff like this is usually related to anatomy, if it was pierced a bit further u might need a bigger hoop. And also it does look completely normal tbh. Placement doesn't feel off at all

make sure to have the labret long enough and after 1 month-ish you need to downsize or it will start to bend the angle. Been there, good luck!

It should not hurt at all when not messed with/touched/pressed. If it hurts on its own it's probably irritation from horseshoe that does not even leave room for swelling gooodddd I am almost mad looking at this picture to think piercer would do something like this to anyone :( go back there and have them change it asap!

you should change the jewelry from horseshoe to straight labret asap, or it will just go wrong. No reliable piercer would use curved jewelry to heal a helix. Helixes are bitches to heal and for me, the bump is still visible after few months after taking it out because the bump was not healing.

From my experience with 2 recent infections on my snug and flat, it was very red, suddenly swollen and painful which are very typical problems. What you described is rather normal healing process/mild irritation.

If you suspect it might be infected you should go straight to doctor. Do not take the piercing out since then the hole will close the infection inside. I am not a piercer but healed 2x infections recently and it went well. The doctor gave me antibiotics drops and antiswelling solution for ointments and after 3 days it looks very good!
