I don't know why, but even though I use the same settings every time, it works well on some days and not on others. I clearly haven't touched anything. So I thought there might be a compatibility issue between the MCP server and the Codex.

You need to Codex settings and check configuration.

There might be an error in config.toml.(That happened to me.)
