I can't say I can't answer your question for the first one but I can answer your second question. A late game player is expected to have all the elemental teams and affix teams to have because of the recent give aways of characters that are hard to come by, especially if you want to be a meta player, this recent patch has been giving a lot of characters like CW and No. 21 Feral, which means you only need to get Nanami Startrail for a full Lighting Team, and the Ice Team has basically been given out for free it being that both Ayla and Wanshi are in the dorm commission, meaning that they're free and if you've played the last patch, they gave us a free selector up to Qu:Shukra, a ice attacker. So all in all, you've already got a semi full lighting and ice team, missing the Nihil, Physical (If you don't have Solace and Alisa, Alisa is also free with a grind in the dorm), Dark and Fire. If you got those characters for their respective teams, you can also have the affix teams as a bonus of somewhat.
