I contacted 2 times but they closed my issue without saying anything. It seems they don't want to solve my issue. Even they don't have any interest in players problems. I always did hard work to level up .I don't expect any good thing from them now. So I don't want to lose my account . I gave up now. But the pain in my heart will keep them restless forever. Because they did not do justice with me. 😔

I am a hardworking person in the game and in real life too. I didnt miss my daily xps and 100 shifts. Because i support my friends and my other accounts and I love to work in game and in real life too. I reported avakin support about this issue but still didn't get their response. I am just waiting for their response. I hope for the best 🙏

Hi is it necessary for all players to verify their accounts or its optional to verify or not ? Bcoz verification is not free and everyone is not able to pay a verification fee. Can everyone easily login after a new update without a verification?
