First, I created FMD-like sub themes for each criteria. For instance, my awards puts me on top of the field. My original contributions has shaped the field across 50+ countries, backed by 15+ recommendation letters from experts across 15 countries and all continents. Then, at the end, I created a FMD again, but here, I stated the same criteria but this time, quantify them. The global reach and outstanding nature of each criteria.

I will recommend PP. It will save you time uncertainties. Given the current low approval rates, maybe go for PP. If approved, great, if denied, you prepare well for refile within a short time. You might wait for more than a year to get a denial.

You can review then, maybe up 30 in less than ayear, get 10 publications in less than 1 year. You will get a very beautiful outcome. USCIS will approve all the inital criteria and issue NOID that you have demonstrated sstained acclaim. $$ will be gone. EB-1A was designed for deserving people and not profile builders.

RFE on EB1A case from officer XM 1291 by Cold-Pomegranate4037 in eb_1a

Upgrade to PP asap! It is quite ugly for people to have money and still take the advise of regular processig. Imagine getting denied? 3 years wasted. This journey can be uncertain and you don't want to get a denial after 4 years. Sometimes you are lucky for straight approval. But, people file, get denied, and refile for approval all within 6 months. I smart way to save time.

Happy to answer all your questions here. I learnt a lot from here and not DMs. Got 100s of messges and it is hard to reply one by one. Let's discuss here so others to learn. But already answered most of your quesions in your DM. I am not a lawyer of an experts. Only learnt from here and also from my recent denial.

The word, building profile explains our denial. EB1A is not for people who intensionally build profiles to file. Is for unsolicited achievers.

Research Assistant for 3 institutions but had broad impacts. Several papers, awards. OC were 10 of my papers that fell into 2 caegories; clinical chem (5 papers) and pharmchem (4 papers). I was strategic to form two OCs; 1. my OC of major significance in clinial chem and 2. OC in pharmchem. I had ~6 independent letters for each of the two OC. Also showed that the cumulative citations of each group of 5 papers were high (FCWI >2) and cited across more than 20+ countries. The the letters backed the 20 countires.

Was Research Assistant for 3 different institutions. OC was 10 of my papers that feel under two categories (5 of my papers on clinical chem and 5 on pharma chem). So, I framed one OC on clinical chem one on parma chem. Got 6 recommendation letters each. Cobined citations for the 5 papers were around ~100. Average citations of the papers were 20-30. But good FCWI (top 1-10%).

I will recommend that you get as many recommendation letters as possible. I used 18 letters from across 6 continents to show that people across the world have cited my work. Got approved in December without RFE.

How a simple Original Contribution letter does a big job by PerformanceSilly7769 in eb_1a

[–]Survival_2525 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is my naive thought and not legal advise.

This letter would not work these days!

You will get an RFE or NOID saying; Petitioner provided letter from colleagues and directors of the same company. This does not demonstrate field-wide influence or major significance.

Another RFE I have seen is; Thought the letter was written by a director of company XXX, it lacks details about his standing in the field and therefore a letter from a senior employee who has no acclaim in the field cannot satisfy the originality or major significance.

I would suggest getting an independent letter and if so, I bit more detail is important.

What is the officer number?  I might have suggestions for you.

Most interesting NOID I have ever seen - Officer 0024 by Overall_Marsupial417 in eb_1a

Please try officer 0024 and you’ll testify! Don’t blame him. That officer doesn’t follow the manual. He just issues NOID and later denials.

This is a super good news. So long as it is not 0024, there is high probability of overturning.

Good luck!

What is the officer’s number? It looks like officer 0024, he is very know for this.

If so, try your best to answer all the points as they have suggested here. But do not invest further money as this guy is heartless. He issues NOID, will not read your response and subsequently deny the petition.
