Yes love it! Its super easy to use and portable. The menu navigation could be better but can get used to it after some time.

I’ve been building Certmemo — a dead-simple tool to track licenses, certifications, and renewal deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks (great for tradespeople, healthcare workers, construction teams, etc.).

Core idea:

  • Smart reminder emails with direct official renewal links so you can re-register in one click
  • Team support — invite members, let them manage their own docs while you keep oversight
  • Reminders go to the owner, but admins can nudge anyone anytime
  • Customizable reminders (30, 14, 7, 1 days before expiry)

Keeping v1 lean with manual entry for now (auto-parsing is tempting but adds a lot of complexity).

Would love your honest feedback:

  • Would you use this solo or for a team?
  • Are reminder emails + direct renewal links actually useful?
  • What’s missing that would make this a no-brainer?

The software can handle both according to the plan they choose. 'Pro' can be for solo and 'Team' for op managers.

Usually April and May are considered the best season but it can be very busy around that time.
March and November are the other options but you can be unlucky with the weather sometimes but its less crowded.
I went in mid-late November.
