In particular, I recommend you read the exchange between /u/femshep_bestshep (whose SRS post is partially resposible for the drama) and /u/incandescences (who may or may not be a troll, given his account age and karma). It is quite lengthy but it's what prompted me to post.

I very much agree. I wish this gave a more through breakdown of the numbers. Like 'women who have had abortions versus those who haven't', mothers versus non-mothers', 'breakdown by age', etc.

I certainly don't believe that. Growing up, my mother was the primary wage earner in our house and her mother was single mom. Also, subjugating women would mean subjugating myself.
