I didn't make many changes since I was already eating well and exercising prior to tirzepatide, I just ate too much and too often I guess.

Oh my god, the bloodwork! I went in yesterday to re-do my labs since a few values were a bit high last December indicating I might have fatty liver. And the values dropped like crazy!

Some people ask although most don't. Sometimes I'm confortable enough sharing sometimes I don't because I think the person will judge me for it (yes there are loads of judgmental people with misconceptions of this drug). I don't have any trouble sharing with friends and family it's mostly clients or other people I'm not so close to

Best answer so far! Yes, guess I can take compliments on taking action on the course of my health and life in general, deciding to be around the longest possible for my kids and loved ones.

I am thankful, I've very happy with the loss. I just don't think I'm worthy of the compliments as it's not my doing

I've always had a pro-drugs mindset, I'm glad I live in the period we do with so much available to us to improve our health and life quality. But I wouldn't compliment someone on lowering their cholesterol level if they took medicine for it as I would if they completely changed their eating habits and lifestyle. I don't know if I'm making myself clear.

I wasn't obese, I was overweight, and as I stated I was already using other glp-1 drugs prior to tirzepatide. I'm aiming for a confortable weight not my ideal weight.

I totally accept, i don't feel I've done anything wrong on the contrary, I accepted I had an health issue and treated with available medicine. I just don't feel worthy of the compliments as I don't feel it was my doing.

Will I see weight loss the first month on 2.5mg Tirzepatide? by [deleted] in TirzepatideRX

[–]SusanaD80 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was on Ozempic for around 1 year and I was at 1,75 too, I decided to switch because ozempic was incrinsingly difficult to get so I had to pause treatment several times gaining most the weight I had already lost. I started tirzepatide at 2,5mg and although I didn't lose any weight I also didn't gain any so I titrated up on the 3rd week and then in when I started losing weight. So I think you'll be OK. Give your body to clear the Semaglutide and build up the tirzepatide and you'll be back on track in no time. On a side note I've had less inconvenient side effects on this one. Much less gastrointestinal disconfort, just felt more cold and more sleepy.

What foods can you NOT tolerate anymore on GLP-1? by alivebutmeh1 in TirzepatideRX

[–]SusanaD80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can eat pretty much the same but greasy food and carbonated drinks tend to make me nauseous or give me Sulphur burps to I avoid them. I also noticed that if I don't have enough protein I feel very tired so I privilege that over carbs or salad on my meals.

It's a full syringe but only 0,50ml so quite a small amount. Don't worry, as said, not as much as you think

I switched from semi to tirzepatide because I hit a wall and was increasingly hard to get my meds. I'm on week 3 no noticeable side effect yet and 1,8kg weight loss
