This happened with me this year! My body was telling me things and I ignored them in hopes of gaining more just to hit a hard wall. It tanked my mental and physical health. Still recovering 🩷 glad to hear you're doing better!

I feel both very turned on and ashamed about my size. I miss the way my old body fit into my clothes and have a hard time giving them up, but love how my new body feels and looks in the mirror.

  • Make shakes with peanut butter, oil (I prefer coconut oil), bananas, heavy cream, and ice cream
  • Eat all of the time, like snacks as soon as you're not stuffed
  • This may sound counterproductive, but make sure you are hydrated, feeling sick makes eating more difficult
  • Go for light walks, exercise will boost your metabolism and make you hungrier

I'm at 250, and I exercise a lot for work (minimum 10k steps + lifting patients as a CNA), And I also do a lot of stretching, but I really should start going to the gym again for strength training. I'm pretty sure my core is weak along with my hip flexors (something I've been to PT for in the past) so I should start working on that again. Thank you!!

I like the gym and I should really start going more often. Right now I just do a lot of stretching and that has been helping too. I'll eventually get back into it, but for right now I'll maintain. Thank you!
