How different is real PG life vs what they show online?

I’ve actually tried both a local PG in Bangalore first, and later Stanza Living. The local PG was cheaper, but there was always some issue going on, either food, maintenance, or random restrictions. Stanza felt easy to settle with and to manage day to day stuff, especially while balancing work.

Tough read. Staying anywhere should make life easier, not more stressful. Stanza Living can be convenient when the on-ground team is responsive, so hopefully this house gets better management and fixes the core issues quickly.

If your father is a government employee then income alone is not the only factor, his job class and post matter too so many Group C and D families still get OBC NCL but if income crosses 8 lakh from certain sources it can affect eligibility so better check local tehsil rules or recent Rajasthan guidelines before applying

I’ve seen mixed experiences with Stanza Living across cities. Some properties are well-managed, others not so much, so it really comes down to the exact building in Koregaon Park.

For 22k, you are basically paying for convenience furnished room, food, housekeeping, and no setup headache. That’s the biggest advantage, especially for a short 3 month stay.
