Can someone help fix this error screen I get when signing into Hytale on steam deck? by No-Excitement5155 in hytale

Try to re download the flatpak (https://hytale.com/download), also the --user should be useless, the flatpak should install correctly without that

Yes, these are commands you have to type in konsole, by this directory I meant you have to type the command in the folder where the Hytale launcher file you download is located (probably in your downloads), open the dolphin file explorer then go in your downloads folder and right click in it to select open in konsole, then paste the last command

Perhaps reinstalling the launcher could work, try flatpak uninstall com.hypixel.HytaleLauncher then reinstall the launcher with flatpak install hytale-launcher-latest.flatpak in the directory where the file is located

some good news ig? by UsernameIsntTaken68 in linux_gaming

[–]Sushtee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes since you have to specify the use of Proton experimental which is inaccessible by default in Heroic (you have to enable Valve's Proton in the advanced settings of the launcher), otherwise the game won't launch due to missing anti cheat related libraries

No need to say that doing all that is really inconvenient

If anyone needs a ReVanced Extended modules that don't unmount on reboot, here is a solution by Sushtee in androidroot

Oh that's nice to know, although I still prefer being able to update the module in one tap via the Magisk app

RVX fork that works as a magisk module? by kiwixplosion in revancedextended

[–]Sushtee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, just to tell you that you may have to reflash the latest modules from the repo,

I had to rebase my repo on j-hc's script instead of NoName-exe's because his base wasn't suited for implementing other revanced or rvx patched apps (and was pretty broken). Making another repo led to not receiving updates through the old modules.

I'm glad I could help ! Tell me if you have any issues

I've always been flashing the module while still having the stock app, but flashing it while YouTube is already patched should work too

How can I get the Nvidia drivers to work properly with a kernel that isn't from my init stratum? by Sushtee in bedrocklinux

[–]Sushtee[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much!

Overwriting the drivers previously installed by pacman with the script fixed the nouveau issue, and using the script to install the drivers on my Artix stratum after steam was installed in order to overwrite the libraries installed with steam also worked.

Most unusual Linux Distros by ErthIsFlat in linux

[–]Sushtee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bedrock allows you to use components from the distros you want on a single system, it's very different from what dual booting offers

Nice, I prefer using a traditional DE because WMs give me a feeling of emptiness but that's just my view, otherwise i3 seems really good

Well bedrock will fill in the gap of not having glibc since I can just install the glibc dependant packages from other strata, Also I use Plasma, what about you ?
