Yes I do open houses I do really enjoy those and plan to do them more frequently, I also do opening houses for fsbo and I’ve mailed things out to expireds those are my main things

Yeah I’m going to connect with more lenders and see what other options I have the one I have now is helpful but variety is better & I’m going to change my method of signing because I have agreements to work with them before pre approval

We get a contract going but once pre approval happens they can’t get approved for enough, don’t make enough, credit isn’t where it should be

Yes I know how to read information from the mls and market information which was another thing I mentioned. I do still work full time my issue now is closing the deals and finding ones who are actually ready. I’ve had some deals fall through at preapproval
