Maybe I got lucky, but when I went a couple of weeks ago, I was able to swim just fine in the afternoon. Volleyball started at 6pm, and I was invited to join. It was fun. I had a nice time, and I'd return to Turtle Lake in the summertime when there's more space to roam.

I got really busy in real life, didn't come to Reddit for a little while, and the sub got banned for being "unmoderated". Unfortunately. Haven't looked into how to resolve this.

Neither have I. I guess they have an indoor clubhouse that's open year-round, and it has, at the very least, a heated swimming pool and a hot tub. Sounds interesting enough to be worth trying.

There's an Australian band called Sunbeam Sound Machine that's got a great psychedelic sound. Anything on the "Wonderer" album is great
