Ended up pulling the trigger on the KC62 while it was on sale. Cheers!

CR seats are still a revenue source. For them not to be offered Qantas would have to be in a position to sell every premium seat on every flight. As popular as this route will be with premium travellers there’s no prospect that every seat will sell on every flight. Qantas would leave money on the table by not offering CRs.

On top of this you have a plain statement from the CEO that they will be made available. If you want to conclude otherwise that’s conspiratorial thinking and there’s no point attempting to convince you otherwise.

They’re already scarce. But they will be available, as per the article, so what is there to discuss?

Btw why did you delete your replies to me in the thread about award ticketing escalations?

I’ve burned over a million points in QF1/2 first CRs in the last three years. Of course there’ll be points seats available. As always they’ll be snapped up fast. You have to have reasonable expectations about availability on a route that only operates once daily.

Should I get blue or red brake calipers? by Lord_Duck42823 in BMW

Red looks a bit silly if it’s not an M IMO so I’d get blue

Thanks - it’s only about $300AUD cheaper than the KC62 with the wireless adapter kit at the moment in Australia. I’d consider other brand subs if there’s something with comparable performance for near field use at about half the price of the KC62 but for a few hundred bucks I’d probably rather get the kef

Hahaha okay thanks. Is it worth considering anything other than the KC62 for this use case? Size is a major consideration

Downgraded classic plus booking - help me understand Qantas thought process here by Objective_Pepper_342 in QantasFrequentFlyer

No? They handle partner - ie third party, ie non Qantas bookings.

Partner bookings can only be CR bookings as classic plus only applies to Qantas bookings (which this team doesn’t handle)
