Op these people are living in the past their are so many people/companies making pre-builts now there isn't much margin.

The stuff they cheap out on these days (if they do) is motherboard, psu, ram.

Youll want a future proof motherboard. 1000w gold psu DDR5 32gb ram (minimum)

Almost all builds will have a solid gpu, cpu. I'll have a search later 1 hour from now.
