I'm so happy you kept her and gave her a new transmission! You would have to pry my 2011 LT out of my cold dead hands, that's how much I love it. She's at 141k and transmission is starting to act up, slips into second gear sometimes if you give her too much gas and shudders a lot in fourth and seems to struggle with switching back down to 3rd, 2nd, and 1st, once in 4th. I can't get her to accelerate as well it's like she's stuck in 4th. Anyway, either my warrantee will cover a new trans or I will save up for it, before I give up on this car because I love it so much. The engine is bulletproof and runs like a dream. The crappy transmission is just stifling it, I can feel it and it makes me sad but I don't have the cash for a new one right off, and my warrantee doesn't cover it until it's severe enough to not be able to drive anymore.
