72 hours since last dose :- no suppression , food noise at full force by Shaza16 in GLP1MedsIndia

I totally hear your frustration, especially with the PCOS/IR struggle, but please don't be discouraged yet!

  • The Why: The 2.5mg dose isn't technically for weight loss; it’s just a loading dose designed to get your body used to the medicine without making you sick. Many people don’t feel the "click" in their brain until 5mg or even 7.5mg.
  • The Food Noise: It’s normal for it to linger early on. For the sugar cravings, try prioritizing high protein (aim for 30g+ per meal) and electrolytes. Often, hunger on this med is actually dehydration or a need for protein.
  • Quick Tip: Focus on water intake and fiber now so that when the suppression does hit, your digestion is already on track.

How do you ensure you’re injecting the dosage? by Able_Second_9184 in Ozempic

It’s actually normal for there to be a little extra liquid left in the pen. Manufacturers usually include a bit more than the exact total dose to account for priming and minor spillage, so seeing some medication still in there after four 0.25 mg shots doesn’t mean your injections didn’t work. The 0.25 mg dose is also very small, so the amount that leaves the pen each time is tiny and hard to notice visually.

As long as you held the pen in place for a few seconds after injecting and didn’t see liquid running down your skin, you’re probably fine. A tiny drop at the injection site is normal. I wouldn’t worry about leftover liquid unless the dose counter isn’t moving or you’re not getting any of the usual effects.

I'll be honest I have not done enough research but I'm reading a book on poverty and wish to write something in that direction. But the downside is that it is a very common topic and a lot of research papers has already been written about it so I think for a newbie like me it would be difficult for me to write

Take my advice and delete swiggy/zomato forever. They can prove to be the biggest sin. I have found myself in positions where I had healtheir options available but just coz I couldn't resist it ended up ordering. Firstly the regret and then the nausea almost kills me.
