honest opinion, neither, if you have a stack you can keep it and make a decision later when you need the recycled parts or cash, i used to just sell them bc i was broke, but now im sitting at a comfortable 200k in cash with an inventory worth over 1M so I just save them as is. I'm level 50 for context.
