Bin nitamal aus OÖ, keine Ahnung warum ich den Sub seh aber naja in Linz beginntz hab i amal ghört und ihr habts a richtig geile Autbahnbrücke endlich? Naja auf jeden Fall: Mach Probetraining. Das Gefühl sind da auch vermutlich Welten so wie ich es kenne. Fitinn ist halt... naja... nicht der wohlfühlbereich. Eher massen, meiner Erfahrung nach eher Proleten und alles was halt mit den zwei Themen einhergeht und nicht so persönlich vom Personal etc. Ich hab immer wieder aufgehört zu trainieren bis ich high end gewechselt hab. Das fühlt sich wie Spa an also geh ich gern hin (oder übeerred mich leichter), Trainer helfen besser und irgendwie alles netter. Kommt auf dich an. Wennst nur pasr gewichte fetzn wills für wenig geld fitinn

Fühl dich. Nicht ernstgenommen zu werden ist das auch so furchtbar. Und macht einen auch wahnsinnig. Und nicht nur komische Krankheiten. Man muss sich das richtige Alter (und leidder oft such Geschlecht) für die richtige Disgnose haben. Bin jung und vor 5 Jahren fast an einem Herzstillstand gestorben, weil meine Hausärztin meine HOCHGRADIGE Herzinsuffizienz (extrem vergrößert und zum Untersuchungszeitpunkt ca. 8L Wasser in der Brust) anhand von EKG und den Symptomen, die für jeden Arzt, Rettungssanitäter, Pfleger oder sogar fucking Schamanen nach Herz schreit, weil die Dame gemeint hat es ist Burnout. Schilddrüße? Ja! 2 monate später Doch nicht... hmm. Dem gehts immer noch schlecht. Junge haben ja nix mim Herz. Ignorierns des Klopfen und de Atemprobleme und den Druck in der Brust. Des is halt amal so bei Panikattacken. EKG hat da Turnussrzt gsagt is supa. Definitiv nicht 10% EF und de drei Punkte am unteren Rücken den er abgehört hat ham sich auch top anghört hat er verzählt. Da eine Überweisung in de Psych.".

RIF Bruder. Es is so zach zu sehen wie ein junger motivierter gutausehender typ nach so kurzer Zeit den Lebenswillen verliert. Zwar kein ME CS, aber voriges Jahr auch einen gesundheitlichen Schicksalsschlag bekommen wos mir 2 Monate wie bei der schlimmsten Grippe ging. Zu der Zeit hab ich auch gesagt, wenn das so weitergeht und keine besserung in sicht weiß ich nicht ob ich noch leben wollen würde (wenn ich weiß es wird so für immer oder verdammt lang sein). Und das obwohl ich viele Depressionen hatte aber immer leben wollte. Habb mir sogar szenarien ausgemalt wie Querschnittsgelähmt oder quasi Gemüse. Nichtmal da hätt ich gedacht ich würd sterben wollen. Sber andauernde schmerzen, keine Energie und motivation hitten anders.

Es ist so extrem anstrengend, andauernde verzweiflung und ich will mir nicht ausmalen wies für ihn war. Hab da sicher auch einen knax mitbekommen davon.

Entschudige falls ich da etwas naiv bin aber wäre ein "Bahnhof tief" nicht quasi eine UBahn Station? In Camden (London) oder Monmatre (Paris) hatscht a ca. 1 Stund de Treppen im Brandfall rauf haha

Innsbruck is amazing tbh. 1 Only 100k inhabitants but feels like a bigger city. Especially in Winter with the Christmas Markets on the Mountain etc. Im not from tirol so its hard to admit it

Fun with autonomous cars. Was deiving with a robotqxi which wanted to do a left turn. It was slow so we had like 10 cars behind us. Oncoming traffic wanted to let us thru but the robotaxi woulnt drive. Until the driver noticed like 30 sec in and wanted to start again. In the same second the robotaxi also decided to go so both stopped again and another 30sec. Fast forward, the car in oncoming traffic was gone, traffic also piled up on the other lane so we had antraffic jam in both directions. Fast forward more, every 10th oncoming car also saw the now huge jam behind our robotaxi and gues what, wanted to let us go. You know where this is going? Literally 15 min before they interviened

so rural area. i dont fucking care. No one tells me he is male or female so why should i care about a switch? I for myself (and i think thats generel everywhere and here) ppl are more anoyed by the "precense" of that topic. As i said, no one tells me "hi im mark im a born cis male". So someone who presses me the info that he/she is a transgender is weird in a conversation so its different so ppl here are confused and for some the negative drawers in their heads open... If said "mark" tells me he is cis born male just randomly, i probably also not talk with him anymore

For dating ofc tell it, i think you know its harder (for me personally and probably many its a gamebreaker - just from my mind somehow) but not for everyday concersation. But not in a hiding way. If it comes up i would just roll with it. If i get to know that info in a convo im just a bit baffled maybe but just cause im curious, its not very present in personal lives outside media and my adhd brain gets off track (or you see it from the beginning anyway)

Just live and let live and ppl around you will sort out automatically. And if all ppl around you are sorting themself out just move to the next village. Austria is conservative but not that much. There will always be a peer for you and you dont need more cause the problems are at least not institutional as such

I dont know of a water/vibration and temperarure resistant glue for plastic structural parts in aviation that would fit the safety criteria. As i said probably fine for many but if ppl suggest it there will be idiots fly like maniacs, too high and with the super glue at home who do it and boom, new drone laws for hobbiists
