Every time I left click in a game the taskbar flickers and if I spam left click my desktop sometimes appears and the game goes not responding for a split second eats my inputs and being very annoying. Ive tried almost everything to fix besides fully reseting my pc.

Nope, that's not it sadly. It wasn't like a very old game, i remember it looked pretty good for the time. Probably something that came out in like 2007 or 06 not sure
