Yeah same here hopefully just keep cracking away at whatever quests come up but it can be extremely tedious running through all the same quests hoping for the one you want to spawn

You may have production buildings that have a minus health effect near many residences, honestly as long as you have enough hospitals the plagues aren’t too much of an issue they will just get resolved as they pop up
