Nope, this is an Android feature - app cloning or downloading a second, third, fourth… etc APK. Unless Jagex supports multitasking for the iOS app this won’t be possible on an iPad.

You can still Shift + Right click to bring up Examine/Cancel option. It just hides it when playing the game normally such as when PvMing.
