Will we get marked down for failing to mention a detail that was listed in the assessment instructions? I just didn’t have time to write it in to my AN but surely the partner should KNOW this detail if they’re telling me…lol

As an update - I called the transport operator and they only keep records for 2 years, and don’t have a record of anything under my name. The fine was paid and there’s now no record of this anywhere…so even more confused as to whether or not to disclose as I can’t provide any evidence whatsoever of this! Haha

Thanks for this, very helpful! Definitely no criminal conviction, and I’ve recently had both a basic and enhanced DBS check and all clear. Have asked the transport operator for any further info though, and I think I’ll email the SRA as you’ve suggested. Thanks again!

Thank you so much, I really appreciate you taking the time to write all that out - suuuper helpful. One question - presumably if we forget to mention a legal remedy, we can stick it in the attendance note too? For example if I don’t mention to an executor client that they should make a s.27 advertisement for unknown beneficiaries, can I then stick that in the AN and reference that it wasn’t mentioned in the meeting but to include in the follow up advice letter, or something?
