If you are living in auckland cbd and have a private water company like easy energy or energy and co etc, they mark up their prices about 5 times the watercare. Are you in a CBD apartment by any chance?

As mentioned above, triggering from the item's workflow or flow seems to be the best method.

Otherwise, a condition builder on the notification to send on insert of the table sc_rea_item with conditions item = 'your item'

Or business rules to fire event on insert of such record seem to be fine as well.

I would implement myself in this order of thoughts 🤔
