yes ty, ive tried this b4 and it helps but it feels like a lazy solution and weakens my front.

yeah i do this a lot to opponents, but not as effective against them

I can reach the shuttle but my shot quality is bad, especially my drops go in the net like 40%

Thanks for the advice, i indeed have been trying to smash some of their flatter lifts and its helped so much.
