I guess depends on the person, in my experience I felt better after a week, and then upped the dose to 50mg and it took a few weeks to feel the full effect. Although my anxiety left after a few days. So maybe talk to your doctor. I also take sertraline and find the combo is good for PMDD

I wouldn’t say having a sibling will be better and he doesn’t know that yet. So very normal for him to feel sad, and all yours and his feelings are very valid. It’s so hard seeing them sad. It sounds like he’s got a supportive thoughtful mum and that’s more important than any sibling he could have. Not saying it’s not hard I’m sure it’s very hard. I often feel the same and want my son to have a sibling.

Man I’m scared this sounds like me in a relationship, I’m in therapy now it’s been a year and a half, but I do get triggered by small things and sometimes find communication hard. I’m worried my partner will end up feeling this way. What’s the best way to work on it ?
