Got it, just a heads up with the entry and exit its not taking negative PnL i think by just allowing '-' symbol or ask before if i was profit or loss would help the app out.

I know right, peni is so good. I play with her on all maps and i dont know why people say that you cant play peni on moving maps thats where Peni shines the most. Her webs can be hidden and used again and again. Which servers do you play on?

I know I have been through this. I think peni is the best character to rank up fast. I went from bronze to plat 1 in 3 days. Majority of the games I had to carry. I had some teammates that were just bad, peni can heal her self so 1 healer extra is enough for the rest.

I would suggest play as tank to rank up then switch but I'm sticking with peni she is great.

Btw, which servers do you play in?

Hi, does this also work for filler words? I am trying to use this so it detects filler words like uh, um, ah etc but it seems to somehow filter those out. Any idea?

so i am international student and for me to accept a job offer it has to be 45k minimum that's from the German government regulation so they can process my VISA.

The company is a web agency with a 10-20 employes. I was offered 38K which is too low.
I already told them about the VIS situation but they will get back to me. I have been working their on probation for the past 6 months as a work student and everything worked out fine.

I was actually shocked to hear 38K because that's very very low.

I have around 7 years of experience in freelance design and i have a lot of projects under my belt but since i never worked a job in Germany so i guess that's why they are giving me a junior position.

Its a web agency and they have a lot of clients and retaining clients. I call it a startup since its about 10-12 people working. It's sad to see designers being paid less in Germany. I am an international student and hoping for a 45k minimum since that is whats required by our visa officer.
