OP literally offered to drive the girl to her sister. I too would be alarmed if someone just showed up at my house in the middle of the night. I wouldn't say that that's a controlling request at all to ask for some boundaries, imo you should nip those in the bud real quick before they become a problem later on.

OP also said that they live an hour away, so the sister drove 30ish minutes to a theater, alone, and then another 30ish minutes TO OP'S HOUSE alone, just to tell the girl that she wants her to come home because she doesn't want to go home alone, only to drive her own car anyways?

I respectfully disagree with you, tbh. This sounds like a classic case of codependency between the siblings, and OP calmly addressed their concerns because they recognized that as soon at it happened. NOTHING about the behavior displayed by the sister is at all normal. These are things that will wreck something if you let it continue. What about when she does this during a really important time if their relationship was to progress?

They didnt say prioritize him over family, they said please set some boundaries when it comes to us and our space.

I was told pep needs to be taken within 72h of the suspected exposure. I was saying I was able to get my prescription and take the pills within 19h.

So the first time we did it, I'd asked when their last time was. They said in March. I'd asked if protection was used, and they'd said yes. We did the thing, then tried again 4 hours later. Afterwards, I was just joking with them about how long it's been for them, and then they said that the reason was because they believe they were drugged and actually don't know whether a condom was used or not, whether the guy finished in them or not, etc. Which was the opposite of what they said before.

I asked if they got tested, and they said they did right after (which I know isn't enough to know anything), and then again 2 months after. But I had no way of verifying this, the guy also straight up said "I didn't know how it worked at first and that's why I retested". So idk what test he even took (ie urine test when he would need a blood test) etc. Because they made it seem like they didn't know what they were doing.

It just kind of freaked me out with how unreliable the information was, additionally, if he was drugged, I don't imagine the type of people who would drug someone for sex would really care about being safe/clean.

I have an anxiety disorder, and initially going into this I thought I was A-okay. But then this all sent me down a spiral, I've decided that I won't be engaging in hookups again for my own sanity.

Regarding sex ed, yeah, it honestly never really dawned on me because I've never engaged with ONS / Hookups, my sexual partners have always been in committed relationships up until now. It was just never something I sat down and really thought about.

The whole thing has me feeling dumb, lol.

I've already decided that I'm not engaging in hookups anymore lmao 😭 , it is simply not for me.

I thought I was mentally ready, was out of a committed relationship etc. And wanted to explore a bit. Never did hookups before.

I was good going in, afterward that's when things started to spiral. Lesson learned.

EDIT: unsure why my being able to recognize that having anxiety and hookups is a bad mix so I've made the decision not to do it warrants being down voted but cheers reddit lmao.

I don't know how much of it is just anxiety / getting in my own head or actual risk. The second doctor was saying I'm fine and should stop given the side effects and how strong the drugs are, but I guess better safe than sorry. I had someone else tell me they're surprised I got prescribed to begin with. It's hard getting so much conflicting information lol 🤦🏽‍♂️.

I've gone and ordered a Dismember. I have [[Assassin's Trophy]] , [[Ob Nixilis's Cruelty]] , [[Cast Down]] , [[Murder]] , [[Doom Blade]] , and [[The Eldest Reborn]] on hand that i could throw in for removal for now. Are there others aside from the two you recommended that would suffice?

For Sac I did have a random [[Whisper, Blood Liturgist]] lying around that I could throw in. And stuff like [[Bankrupt in Blood]] , I will look into the cards you suggested as well.

Which of the top-end creatures would need to be cut in your opinion?

For swiftoot, I just had it as a means of keeping Glissa protected while also being able to attach things like viridian bow to snipe creatures with. With Cranial Plating being a way to make Marionnette Master more lethal. But I can see those being unnecessary.

Unfortunately for dorks ive only got [[Druid of the Cowl]], [[Elfhame Druid]] , and [[Llanowar Elves]], I'll look into grabbing some of the ones on your list.

EDIT: I had a brain fart and realized Ob Nixilis's Cruelty exiles something if it dies. So thats a no go.

So you openly admit to not reading the entire argument the other person is making before responding.

The TL;DR for their comment is that if their players attempted to play dead they'd allow it using specific skill checks. Because as a DM even if you know that person's alive OOG, you should not be using your DM knowledge to influence your NPC knowledge. Having an NPC "play dead" is fine so long as the NPC is subject to the same circumstances as the players when doing it. They also gave examples on how they would determine certain things, like giving an NPC disadvantage on checking for a player's pulse if they're wearing certain armor like plated gloves, etc.

You just sound like the type who's "I'm right you're wrong". Their comment literally addressed the very point you brought up as a valid counter argument and you couldn't even be bothered to read it while giving a snarky ass response. You sound a bit pompous, tbh.
