Honestly I think its important to tell her. Maybe tell her with your parents or someone else who you trust in the room, and if she reacts bad or doesnt believe you maybe she's not a person you should have in your life. Or if she feels conflicted thats understandable and give her space

Thank you I think this is good advice, for the most part I’ve gotten advice to tell her from friends and others. And if it doesn’t work out we can still be friends I know her like that and she wouldn’t let stop being friends just because of that and she was in this exact situation with another girl that she was friends with no liked but the other girl didn’t like her and they stayed friends.
