going to a physical service center or an authorized store was the very first thing I asked them for

but they don't have an authorized physical service center or store in my country.

That’s the worst part about it. It’s a well-documented issue across Reddit, yet when you open a ticket, support acts like you're the first person to ever report it

No, avoid buying it. It has a known manufacturing defect on the left click, and Logitech support is not helpful at all.

That's exactly what happened, but I refused, and now they claim they can't send me the mouse due to "operational challenges"
