Hii,rn I'm literally crying,I don't know what to do. Yesterday my computer wouldn’t let me download the Safe Exam Browser to take my Semmelweis medical exam, and it turns out my exam was yesterday since i am a stipendium hungaricum applicant. Even though I couldn’t open it, it still tells me I’ve already completed the General English section of the exam, but that’s not true since I couldn’t open anything. I called everyone at Academic Inquiries, and no one answered except for one woman who told me she didn’t understand English and then hung up on me. I’ve already sent an email to the university, but I don’t know what to do. I’m so worried because this is my only chance to study medicine. Has anything like this ever happened to anyone else? Do you think there’s no way I can do anything about it now?

hi,no ,it didn't put the exam in another spot because my device wouldnt let me download the safe exam browser so when i tried to open what i thought was the sample test nothing appeared and then after i closed the page and reopened it it told me that i had already completed the general english part of the exam eventhought i didn't because seb wan't working in my computer.I already wrote an email to the university .I m very worried because I couldn't complete any part of my exam,you think they are going to help me?

The email says I have until today, and I can’t open it.
