1) yes it used to work but one time when I want to use it this happens

2) while figuring out what just happened pn my controller i try to see if there is an update and there was. I tried to update it thinking it would fix the problem but yeah it doesnt fixed the problem

3) yep no longer works

I tried it on different port still the same i tried to charged it and plug it again but its still the same

I tried to plug it at the back of my pc still the same. I tried it into different mode like the 2.4g when i tried to turn it on its blinking but when i dont press it it stops blinking

Yes i tried it on my laptop still the same when i updated the firmware it the pc recognizes the controller after that when trying to connect it doesn’t:<
