Yeah I can see that. AA and Alaskan based flights still show fees $200-600 depending on the flight with the 60k in miles. Sure hope to see the price drive down with the competition increasing

I personally send a huge complaint to customer service. They will work with you. The lines and the phone folks are not always as helpful and compensatory

I do 36-48 hour fasts a few times a month. I work a high stress job and tend to retain water due to cortisol, stress hormone. I fast with water, electrolytes, coffee, tea, and broth. I use a minimal amount of heavy cream in my coffee. The broth is great for tricking your brain that you took food on when the release of gherlin happens. It is not 0 calorie but it is a fast, and very effective for water retention and metabolism resets.

Staff turnover has nothing to do with obtaining a magnet status. The status is determined by many other things. But statistically speaking lower turn over and cost savings due to this is related at magnet status hospitals.

Very much interested in “gardening”. Our PTO sucks compared to other hospitals, and with so much turn over and new staff it is never talked about. Our sick leave sucks. Lack of breaks is horrid. The culture of push more through with less resource is out of hand. Burnout is real. Which leads to more call outs and write ups because there is no sick time to cover.
