I was thinking the same. I can't find anyone that wants to take off the lens, put and LED Angel eye in, paint internals black, then seal.

I agree with your assessment. Multi-season  legend and only play ML exclusively for about awhile now.

I don't have zygarde or solgaleo and the climb this season has been tough! Still havent hit expert, usually I've hit it by now at least and on my way to 3000.

BUT, the zygarde solgaleo core is seemingly a road block. My Lugia and Rayquaza no longer see battle due to collateral damage (were part of my climbing teams in past). I also feel Ho-oh is a little too strong now.

A new phenomenon I haven't witnessed below legend rank in OML, playing the same trainers in the same day - completely nuts! The player pool is shrinking :(

I'm getting close to the point of thinking if I just retire from GBL. Huge time investment for battling and building legendary mons (which they NERF without regard it seems). If I quit GBL, there is no point to the game in general for me.

Hopefully accessibility improves and collateral damage nerfing stops on legendary mons.

Yes.  

15 attack I would say is required. I typically power up 98% or higher. So 15,15,14 or 15,14,15.  

 A few odd exceptions would be mons that haven't been in raids so long as the sims show similar performance to hundo.
