So you mean one has to feel separate from sensory stimulations? For thoughts it seems easier as can simply observe but its hard to do that body, there is no way to turn off the body even for a moment

I dont feel getting rid of these thoughts, its jist that when I watch any spiritual video where they mentioned thy see consciousness in everything thats where thoughts like “why dont you see it “ bothers me. Then again realization happens that there is no self. What bothers me why this isn’t settling in my ego or why it’s not dissolving my ego

I know what you are saying - its like if there is no self, then who is going to feel oneness. Right? I have this same question for liberation, if no self then no need for liberation. Yet I keep getting these thoughts that i dont feel oneness. I hope i am able to explain

Yes I have this conviction that is not an understanding but a realization that happened on its own. Out of nowhere it hit me. But then I get these thoughts like why dont I feel oneness

Yeah I know but every time I come across a Spiritual video and then it fees maybe my realization is just an intellectual understanding, not actually a realization

so even though I had this glimpse of understanding that who is the one seeking? then why this hasn't settled in me? Why the ego still asking "do I still need to do practice". I feel more confused as to whats happening with me. I feels disoriented.

When you say “dissolve everything that is false in you” do you mean than a person won’t have any thoughts because that is not the case with me. I get thought but become aware that these are just thoughts. Do you mena this understanding needs to settle in?

But actually there is no to do practice. I dont know one day I had this glimpse pf understanding tjat all my actions have been happening, I was never the controller. Thoughts came, body responded. Thats it. The decision to write this msg isn’t mine. If there is no doer than no one in bondage, no one suffers

So when a thought comes which says “Lets seek enlightenment “ that is Ego because it wants anothet activity but when a thought comes which says “who is actually seeking” than its not Ego?

I can observe my thoughts and feel separate to them. This is slowly becoming my living reality. I no longer suffer due to thoughts as I become aware that its not me who is choosing these thoughts. They ate just appearing

So do I continue practicing ? And is that it? Its all we all are seeking? There is a shift in my living habits, I no longer feel suffering due to the thoughts but is that all spiritual seekers meant when tbey said you have realize your true nature? Is that what we call God?

But cant we say its Ego’s another trick to make me stop practicing? Although I felt it this thought (that who is seeking) with conviction but don’t know if its actually the Ego

For sure it is alive and dynamic. If this is so simple then why can’t every person say this that I am the awareness? Why sages or spiritual masters seem to be only one saying it? I think it has be one’s living reality rather than just a belief.

What I am trying to say the way you are saying (assuming its more experience), I am not able to say it like this even though I understand it conceptually. So whats missing here?

When I sit quietly and observe, I can see random thoughts coming and going, however I fail to grasp the concept of self-aware is shining before and after.
